We always try to make our initial dent repair estimates as accurate as possible, but sometimes the damage our office staff assesses can look different in-person. In order to avoid any discrepancies in price, it’s important to send accurate and detailed photographs. We recommend taking more than one photo; preferably, take one photo close-up of the damage in order to provide detail, and take another photo three to four feet away from the vehicle in order to show us exactly where the issue is located. For dent repair, we also recommend taking the photo from an angle rather than head-on in order to better capture the metal’s distortion. Taking clear, well-lit photos will ensure that you receive the most accurate estimate possible as soon as possible.
